Architecture (Christian Hurttienne Architects) Chris and Brian have collaborated for over 30 years in Detroit as architects. They are known for their strong skills and high-quality work. Brian, who has lived and worked in Detroit for more than 30 years in several firms and as an independent proprietor, has worked on many projects, including those he’s developed. Chris embodies an architect's architect. His sharp design eye, superior documentation skills, and structured work approach are unique. His construction experience and management acumen are also matched by financial expertise. Their consistent aesthetic values and priorities guide every building and project. Construction (Christian Hurttienne Construction) Chris's team is the construction company. We built the Bagley 10 condominiums in Corktown. We are now able to expand our investment portfolio and work on several projects simultaneously. The North Corktown project will be initiated in 2023, following Bagley 10's completion. Expertise will be combined with a new approach for each build. The teams overall will use the architecture firm's information and software to increase efficiency and ensure physical exactness of every design.
