Madcap Coffee Company was established in Grand Rapids, 2008. We are still the management of our roastery and many Michigan cafes. Trevor Corlett is a nationally-recognized coffee expert, trainer, and barista champion. Our coffees, roasting profile, and inventive drink recipes have often been acknowledged by the media. We aim to empower our consumers and colleagues. Good coffee should lift people's spirits and bring them together. We want to demystify and democratize coffee, so everyone may enjoy it.
