Seriously, brought my laptop in because it wouldn’t turn on, motherboard was fried and they figured it out within a day, then they found me a perfect laptop to replace mine and at a very good price, they were also patient with me when I called the store after they closed thinking I left a hard drive there, the woman on the phone was very kind and helped reach out to the technician who contacted me, after he’d already been off work btw, to reassure me and help remind me that the hard drive doesn’t sit in it its screwed to the bottom case when you open it. I’m sorry everyone!! I wish I would’ve asked for names because everyone is very kind and knowledgeable, not to mention very good with people like me that don’t take the time to look before freaking out lol 1000/10 would recommend! Did I mention I spent $300 less than Best Buy for the same laptop!!!!!!!! Best Buy was going to charge me $500 for a Lenovo that was smaller, older and slower. I found a nicer, newer, faster laptop at BBT for $200! !!}A week later I bought a computer for my grandma from them, still got a good deal lol. I can honestly say I would’ve spent $1200 to get the same computer and software at a retail store! I will never go to a different store so long as I live! Call them already! BTW he had to stay after closing for me, so please make him feel good about that! This is for you homie! Best service by far! Will recommend to all my friends Just an awesome place! They were able to come to our office, diagnosed a problem and fix our computers, fast and friendly service. Highly recommend. Whatever you need done with your computer or your phone, please check out BBT computer and repair. I took my old Toshiba laptop to best buy and after opening my bag,they immediately closed and told me to throw it away. They informed me that Toshiba hadn't done any updates or anything since 2017. On my way home I passed BBT and decided to give it one more shot. I said a prayer walking in the building and was met w a smile and empathetic ear. I was given no promises but they would take a peek. I received a call just a few hours later explaining what needed to be done and given a price much cheaper then I expected. I walked out w basically a new computer. I have had no further problems but would definitely recommend them to anyone being told there is no hope. The computer Guru!! Thanks BBT!!!
