They told him whom ever replaced the charging port last did it wrong... they were the ones who did it. They charged us 100 to replace what they said was installed wrong...they installed it wrong by there own admission. So I paid 200 to have them install something that should have only been 100 since they installed it wrong the first time by there own admission. Update: I had only ever had this location repair my switch. My friend didn't mention it because I could not afford to repair it and they did it as a gift for my children and didn't tell me where he was taking it till after. He did not know you were the last to repair it. I have only ever had issuers since I had this repaired. "Brought in my fiancés laptop for repair due to a lifting screen and after the owner made a repair the touchscreen technology started to malfunction and started touching itself , and I had to bring the screen back in because it wasnt seated all the way. I went back and forth at least 3 different times dropping off the laptop for repair because it was never 100% fixed and my fiance didn't have access to her laptop for a total of over a month…. and the screen still touches itself. The owner made it clear that it wasn't his fault and that it would cost more money to repair something that it wasn't doing in the first place. I paid around $100 for my laptop to be completely unusable. The lack of accountability will cause me to never shop here again and ive been a customer since i was a teenager." But the screen wasn't touching itself before i ever brought it in and that's the issue here. I was never out of warranty because it kept getting extended due to needing new repairs of the original issue. I agree you were good at communicating and you did help with my ssd, however it is all deemed useless now because I cant even use the laptop. I considered all these things before making this review, but ultimately I walked away from that situation with a computer that i am now looking to replace due to being unusable. I most certainly did get back with you, but our last conversation was one where you told me I would need to pay for a new screen when I only needed a new hinge in the first place, hence why i made this review because you wanted more money from me."
