Replaced my battery in under 30 minutes! Very thankful for the staff at AutoZone in Plymouth Kim (store manager in Plymouth location) helped me this morning with a batter purchase and install. Fast and friendly! The lady working there didn't feel like doing a battery change, so she started making excuses. When I insisted, she begrudgingly changed without care and gave an attitude complaining about it. I had to redo everything after her... If you don't want to work then don't come to work! Pete was so friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me pick out the right battery and installed it quickly. Only things i would get here are oil and windshield washer fluid Service was great! Kim was very helpful and even helped me changing the vatte This Auto Zone location was awesome, my Corvette needing a new battery and they were amazing to refer the best battery and to install as well. Thank you Dwight for taking great care of me. Love and appreciate great service Auto Zone Kim and Pete are great. They helped me get the right parts that I needed with my car. Bad feedback. Most of the staff is rude and unhelpful. Dont come here unless you need something you can get off the shelf because unless you get one of the few good associates they wont help you get anything from the back or even bother looking for that matter unless you press them to do so. Very poor customer service. O Reillys will get my business from now on... I was excited when this location opened as it is close to my home. Have been there dozens of time. With the exception of about three times, the staff have been very rude and unhelpful. Last week was the last straw. EXTREMELY cold and rude. I stated I would not be back and I mean it. Too many other options and I'd rather drive. horrible service This is the Least friendly/helpful Autozone that I've been to. Evey experience has been the same, the older gentleman is always grumpy and unapproachable. I try to avoid this particular store, but that's not always possible. If you can avoid this location.
