A Superb Shopping Experience – I visited this location recently to buy windshield wiper blades for my husband's car. Ty, an employee, offered me OUTSTANDING service! Ty found my vehicle make and model in his computer, led me to the wiper section, asked me if I would like assistance finding a suitable product. I said, "Yes," and he asked me some more questions (e.g., price range, performance expectations, etc.) and suggested a great Bosch product without pressuring me to buy an expensive one. I realized while checking out that I didn't bring my wallet. Running home and back to the store wasn't an option. I asked Ty if the store takes electronic payments like Apple Pay (he confirmed!), but I didn't know how to use it. Ty showed me how to use it, and I managed to pay using my iPhone for the first time. Ty was such a great help to me. He even asked if I wanted him to install the wipers on his vehicle while I had said yes before remembering that I had a time limit. Ty was quick to install the wipers and dispose of the old product packaging and the previous wipers. The Falcon Coastal Blades I bought from O'Reilly Auto Parts are absolutely worth the outlay. That was the best customer service experience I have ever had and it's all because of Ty who is the best employee at the store. Thanks so much! He made my day — and my husband's! He managed to replace my car battery within minutes after understanding my car and the battery type I needed.
