Legal Services of Eastern Michigan (LSEM) Customer Feedback Highlights: Drive from Midland as per Google only open until 5 and that was not accurate. They are only open 10-12:30 on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I drove from Midland as per Google said they were open until 5 and that was not accurate... I was approved for help through them for a very complicated housing situation and legal matter and they really went to work for me! Noreen was an amazing help, she was hard working, very sweet, patient, dedicated, and I feel she really went all in on this case till we reached the best resolution for everyone. She not only helped me save my home but she also went above and beyond to help me get my title that I was fighting alone to get for almost 2 years. I would highly recommend them! You do have to do some leg work, which is understandable when your using their services at low cost or free of charge. I would def try to use them again in the future if needed. I waited for the subpoena to court, called them back, and then was told that they could not help me because I waited too long and it’s been too many months. I tried telling them months ago about my housing situation and what I needed help with. They told me that they cannot help until I had the subpoena then months go by and I received a subpoena and now I’m being told that it is too late for their help. they gave me a runaround. The Mural was done by my son and 2 other muralists. They are worthless Great people They never called me back. Excellent food and fast service. Very helpful
