I couldn't be more amazed after having my old windows replaced with Andersen 100 series at the craftmanship of the sills and casement around the windows! They laid drop cloths on my floors and vacuumed when they were done. There is some writing from the factory on one of the new panes of glass that did not come off with a blade. If I am unable to remove it with a solvent ( after the caulk dries ) they told me they would replace it. Would happily recommend them to anyone! Great company to work with - extremely satisfied. Would hire again!! We have an old Minneapolis house with windows from the 1940’s. Francisco and his team did a great job installing 5 window inserts in my upstairs bedrooms. They had a great attention to detail and cleaned up everything really nicely! I highly recommend this company. They were on time and a very good at what they do. The windows are wonderful. No more breeze coming in. From the receptionist to the installers they are top notch! We used A Pane in the Glass to replace both a sliding patio door and a custom bay window. They were incredibly communicative through the entire process and had a wonderful install crew! Over the winter one of the panes ended up cracking due to a stress fracture, and they made sure everything was taken care through the entire warranty process with absolutely 0 stress. Cannot recommend them enough! Amazing to work with from start to finish. Knowledgeable about the project and industry. Communicated timelines accurately. Provided solutions within our budget. End product looks fantastic.
