Feedback Summary: 1. Isaac was amazing to work with. I can't wait to get the work started on my windows.2. I love the new windows. It makes a huge difference on curb appeal and how we see our home. I would highly recommend Ryan!3. Love my new windows, no more draft in the house. Ryan was nice and on time :)4. hiIsaac was amazing to work with very knowledgeable.5. The windows are great until you have a problem. 3 attempts at fixing the same window and now 6 months later Still waiting for a repair hmmm. Each time they get the window out of their truck and look at it they say oh we need to order that part again. They wait another month to come back out. Then they get the wrong part or find it's something wrong with the window they ordered. This was after they ordered the part with the help of tech here with the code/upc/whatever they use for identifying it. So, I had to get multiple days off for them to be here and no one knows what they are doing. I have paid a lot of money for a window that does not work and it's still not repaired. Oh, I was told they would "make a phone call and expedite the parts" Hmmm I'm a month and a half from that day and still, no window. Maybe this will get their attention. I would like to actually talk to a human when I call.6. I am having the same issues that others have reported. They have put off on fixing our sliding door that lets water in, our daughter’s window which has had issues for almost two years and the balancer is now broken and the window will not stay open it smashes down dangerously. I Have had water leakage issues with other windows in the house for 2 years. They will not return my calls even after I was told a manager would call me back.7. 2-26-2026 had windows installed color is way off. They said they would contact me and crickets. Now I have three different colors. Not even close.i also see major silicone all around them.at this point I would stay as far away as possible. Room also feels colder now after I got the triple panes than my 25year old double. Now it's been weeks.8. They did a good job of selling me the windows and patio doors, and a good job at installing them. However, the operations side of the business is the WORST! It's been 2 months since the install, and the job still isn't done because the screens were never installed. They never follow up or provide updates. When you call in you get the run-around through their phone system. It's difficult to talk to anyone who is informed about your job. Jon Konopa, who is supposed to be the lead of the area, was avoiding my calls and literally responding after a while. I never call for one of these services. Do your homework by reading other reviews. I called to complain and there was no recourse. This is amazing how terrible their post-install service is.9. Window Nation was great. Regan was our sales person and she was awesome. Very knowledgeable about their products! Noah did our install and he did great. He stayed in communication the whole way to keep me updated on any unexpected issues that he handled. All windows operated well.10. The sales team was excellent at selling me the windows, and the install team did a good job of putting them in. So overall, a good product. However, The operations side of the business is the WORST! Nobody there seems to know anything about windows. scary stuff. Also, communication is very poor, almost non-existent except on a corporate level. This branch doesn't seem to care about anyone or anything.14. Ryan V was very good. Very knowledgeable. I enjoyed working with him at Window Nation.15. They were great. I had a nice experience working with them. Reegan was our salesperson, and she was a delight to work with. She knew everything about their products, and she was very helpful. Noah did the install, and he was also great. He was very communicative, so I knew every step along the way. He found some problems and fixed them at install. All windows were operating as intended.ugo2026
