I would highly recommend you pass on this firm if you're a father in a custody case. Katherine Rotmil was my lead attorney and she hardly communicated with me at all. I believe we had a total of 3 phone calls in a span of a few months. In fact, most of my case communications were regarding payments (take that for what it's worth). I received no strategic direction and was often the one updating my team on the progression of my case. When I pushed back on them about this, I was met with indifference and some hostility.
For the few thousand that I paid them, I received 3 phone calls, a process server, no communication, and incompetence.
Pass on them if you value your time, money, and most importantly, establishing parenting time with your child.
