If You were to listen to this Lazy man , you will get the worst case scenario , Despite how much proof you have that you are innocent - He will Not listen , and tell you” it can’t be used “ .. He may ask you to Agree to take a deal that Will financially ruin you to the point where You would need to file bankruptcy in order to pay what he wanted his client to accept, in his opinion . The Truth in this is that Tom Didn’t even Read the majority of the paperwork , he refused to listen about the details that got the case dismissed .. To me he doesn’t care about right and wrong , who is truly innocent of the charges against them .. he seems to only care about getting a check ? He will probably fight & argue about this opinion and tell everyone All the Great things he does and has done in his career , don’t believe Any Of His excuses - it’s about money $$. And doing the least amount of work possible . I heard him say “, I advise you to TAKE the PLEA” - even though he could have represented his client and won the case with little effort ... he wanted it to be done in one day - 1 ... take the guilty plea So he can go home to his dogs and sit on his butt and do whatever it is he does ( anything but work in my opinion ) I wish I would’ve read some of the reviews on here before The person retained him . I have never seen or heard of Any attorney come to a case so unprepared in my life . I warn everyone, Do Not Use this man - u will probably end up firing him . Lose any money you pay to him upfront .. and find an attorney who actually cares about the best interest of his or her client . In the end he walked away with money he didn’t deserve & really should have been refunded back 100 % of it .. but he seems to be in it for the money and nothing more . The new attorney on this case was shocked about this story I’m telling now . She has shown the result she wants , which is to get it dropped completely & take it to trial . This man never spoke of that goal - he was set on pleading guilty ! The new lawyer on this case wants the best for her client ... Find that good attorney !!! DO NOT USE TOM ... he will fight with you to take the path of least resistance - in my opinion , It’s absolutely insane his lack of prep , morals , and balls .. it was like he has none of those ?God Bless - plz be careful when you are looking for someone to be in your corner . If this attorney is doing your case for a discount, save your money because he basically told me, “you get what you pay for!” Thee WORST Lawyer I have ever seen. My brother went through the Bar Association to find this attorney and he paid a flat fee of $600. The attorney informed me he does 150 cases like this and makes $250/hour and my brother paid $600. That insinuates that he was not willing to fight or even cared what happened to my brother. Very sad and I’m extremely disgusted in this “SO CALLED ATTORNEY???” Yeah right!" 11. My son who was innocent of accusations on an order of protection by his wife after he asked for a legal separation, went to Tom Lee for representation from the bar association for reduced pricing. Tom told him the only reason he was doing this was because his wife wanted him too. This should have been a flag. He wouldn't take any evidence or didn't want to speak with any witnesses. Only giving the worst case scenarios. Never giving both the best and the worst. My son had already paid him to help with the ofp and file the divorce papers. while at the ofp hearing, his wife wanted the ofp granted for 1 year instead of 2. No contact with kids,1035.00 a month child support for 2 kids, mortgage and bills paid for a year which would have left my son with 35.00 a month for himself and his daughter. My son and his witnesses couldn't believe Tom even came to him with such a thing. asked for a continuance and fired him. I only gave 1 star to post this. This lawyer will destroy you." 12.
