About the Owner and Attorney, Erin Erin was born in Jefferson City, Missouri, and later attended and graduated from Mizzou with a Bachelor's Degree. She relocated to Kansas City, where she attended the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Law, graduating in 2012 with a JD and Pro Bono Honors. Erin moved to Kansas City after law school and has called it home since then. Erin has been a lawyer for ten years. Her experience and practicality make her an outstanding fit for Family First Law. She understands how a case's resolution can impact a person's life beyond the judgment. Over the past ten years, she has argued in federal and state courts. Her only family law case was in 2017 when she began to practice as a family lawyer. In 2020, she took over her mentor's practice in Cass County. Erin is also a Guardian ad Litem certified by the Missouri Supreme Court and appointed to cases in Cass County. Erin is also the first vice president of the Cass County Bar Association and an excellent resource for attorney referrals. She loves to read, play tennis, and travel. Erin enjoys being a family person who takes her little ones to the zoo and sees them off to school.
