Arts in Motion School of Dance & Music is a dance and music company that blends technique with artistry and community. Since 1993, we have aimed to create a safe, nurturing and artistic home for everyone in dance and music. At Arts in Motion, our lessons are both varied and enjoyable. Our instructors encourage children to love what they learn. Teaching is done by joyous, enthusiastic, and skilled individuals who love children and adore art; these individuals are inspired to work with students of varying age groups. We seek to provide a joyful, non-competitive national artistic experience for each child, training the child to appreciate and enjoy their own individual artistry. The AiM method delights in incorporating joy in all art classes, while guiding children in a direct, concise, and structured curriculum. Our objective is to create a happy, fulfilled citizen with artistic love. We aim to pass on our enthusiasm for the arts while offering skills they need to become dancers or musicians if they so desire. We aim to empower children to grow into educated, kind, happy people who love art throughout life.
