The staff at the desk is named Aris/Yedelgra. My PT Bernard Nester is an excellent trainer working as I make the progress I need to get back to work. Thank you all so very much ️. Staff were very attentive therapists. My therapist name was tyler and he was super awesome. they're really great about working with you to get you scheduled for physical therapy. I went for 6 weeks. The receptionists also are great. I was gonna be late one time and they check to make sure that that would be okay. They were super nice and super friendly. You almost feel like they're part of your family when you go in there. I do believe I always left with the smile. Staff were very attentive therapists. Staff there kind and welcoming. Very friendly staff & very helpful While the staff was great, they have a policy of charging for a cancellation. Yet they stack 4-5 people per appointment so you're not the only person your therapist is working on. My policy is to not pay for work not performed. My doc even prescribed more treatments, yet they wouldn't waive the fee. Too bad. While the staff was great, they have a policy of charging for a cancellation. My therapist, Anna G. is so supportive and really cares about my wellbeing. She encourages me and always got a smile on her face. I tried Athletico for a few months but always felt like something was odd about my treatment. I had no prior experience with PT clinics so I waited too long but did finally switch to a new place and it’s a night and day difference. With Athletico I rarely received manual stretching or massage and very little oversight or guidance on exercises as I noticed my trainer would manage 4-5 patients at a time. That’s when I decided to leave. Very much a numbers game and unfair to the trainer. Nice people but the therapy was very subpar due to the volume they pack in by over scheduling. Several of the trainers at my new clinic left Athletico and weren’t surprised at all when I shared my experience. I’d look elsewhere for more hands on therapy.
