My therapist is an excellent listener who is focused on quickly providing the care I need.2. Zac, is the professional Physical Therapist I’m working. Although, I’ve noticed how patient, helpful, and knowledgeable each PT person working there is.. I can say I’m very happy I was referred to this facility. It’s clean and has multiple levels of care there. They really want you to heal and want’s to help. They are true Healers!! You won’t be disappointed!! Thank you Zac!3. Jeff cowdry is very professional. He answers questions that I have. And explains in detail the reason for my therapy4. IT WAS PLEASANT, FRIENDLY,5. Have had a great experience with Axes. Physical therapy is challenging but not overwhelming. They are very willing to work with you, to modify exercises according to your abilities. The billing is smooth and they definitely let you know what to expect ahead of time which is great The lighting is soft, the music is quiet but enjoyable. Overall a great atmosphere. My trainer was amazing. He made sure I got the proper exercise and stretching I needed to make it back to work at a 100%11. Therapy was professional as much as it was personal. Entire staff was welcoming to all patients as it was clear that staff was/is comfortable in knowledge and space.12. On my first visit at Axes 11/5/25 I met up with an amazing therapist guy by the name of Zachary after my first Exam he was able to tell me right off my Diagnosis and he was able too shift my right lumbar back into place very amazing guy. I cannot thank him enough very multitask and always ask if you’re able to do something. He does not push anyone to do anything. I receive excellent customer service from Zachary and all of the other therapist’s if there’s anyone that needs therapy care, this is the place to go … Thank you Mr Zachary13. Mary is my therapist and she is wonderful. She explains everything thoroughly, how to do the exercises and why. I rate AXES as the best therapy office I’ve been to.
