The Protagonist Cafe is a literary cafe that sells more than 5,000 used books. The goal of the Protagonist Cafe is to create a community gathering place in Soulard where people can meet, enjoy a cup of freshly roasted coffee, and have a good time. We roast our espresso beans and coffee in small batches, ensuring we deliver top-quality coffee each time. We roast our carefully selected beans and grind them to order at our Maplewood facility.
