About this business

A sample of reviews from clients: 1. Strongly do not recommend her as an attorney. Seemed knowledgeable at first but was a complete disaster otherwise. I have nothing to show for thousands. Competency was a concern to her in the time that I had her as my attorney. She struggled to remember important facts concerning the case and often got facts wrong. And you’re billed for her to research hours of completely irrelevant things that don't apply to your case. I also don't appreciate that she didn’t disclose a major conflict of interest. I found out that she had previously dealt with a family member who the particular case was about. She has yet to explain why she did not disclose this fact. She explained this after she had already gotten my retainer. I did not feel that this was an ethical representation. She had a lot of excuses when I raised my concerns. First, it was that she was unwell and on medication that affected her thinking, and then it was that she was explosive and unprofessional. Regardless, she refused to let go and left me to navigate a complex legal situation because of it and a grieving process alone. Do yourself a favor and find someone who has the capacity to handle legal matters and one who is transparent when it comes to the handling of your case. 2. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A MAN TRYING TO GET CUSTODY, VISITATION OF YOUR CHILD/CHILDREN, OR WHEN THE MOTHER IS IN CONTEMPT OF THE COURT ORDER AS MY SITUATION WAS ABOUT. I PAID EVERYTHING UP FRONT AND SHE WOULD MEET WITH MY EX AND HER PARENTS AND THEN QUESTION ME ON WHETHER I HATED OR HAD A GRUDGE AGAINST MY EX AND HER PARENTS. I GAVE HER $2500 FOR NOTHING BECAUSE THE ONLY MODIFICATION TO MY COURT ORDER WAS BEING GRANTED THE ABILITY TO GET MY SON AND TAKE HIM OUT OF TOWN WITH ME ON MY ELDERLY GRANDMOTHER’S BIRTHDAYS. BECAME UNEMPLOYED/DISABLED BUT MY CHILD SUPPORTED PAYMENTS REMAINED THE SAME. SAVE YOUR MONEY. PETITIONING THE COURTS ‘PRO SE’ WOULD BE A BETTER OPTION THAN GIVING AWAY YOUR MONEY.4.
