Second, the individual met with Robin Verhoven on 6/25/25 to discuss a motion to modify my child custody agreement. At that meeting, she said she would have a draft to me in 2 to 4 weeks. Roughly 3 weeks later, I emailed her and the Ambler Davis Team and asked if we were still on schedule. After no reply, I emailed 8 days later. No reply. After 5 days, I called and the admin person said she would tell her that I was asking about the status. No reply. I let 35 days pass and email again asking about the status. No reply. Three days later I email to Stop Work and return my retainer. Two days later I receive an apology email...
