At Carolina Stars Gymnastics, we recognize that gymnastics is not the only thing to be learned. We provide positive reinforcement and support all of our students to succeed. The sport of gymnastics is excellent for fostering independence, boosting self-confidence, and instilling a strong work ethic. Who We Are Carolina Stars is a gym in Fort Mill, South Carolina, owned and operated by the husband and wife team of Paul and Alisha. The two relocated to the Carolinas with a vision of fostering a robust, community-centered, and family-friendly gym environment. This vision came to life in 2001 and has evolved into a fresh, cutting-edge facility. What We Offer We have a wide range of programs, including gymnastics classes for preschool and recreational students, competitive teams for boys and girls, tumbling classes, and other rigorously curated programs. In addition, we offer birthday parties, clinics, parents' night out events, and open gym hours.
