Hello, I’m Shatara Sheppard, and I work with intuitive empathic women who are sensitive and feel deeply. I coach women who are ready to find their balance and create a life full of passion and purpose. These women are ready to do the work to let go of the themes that are no longer serving the highest version of themselves. My specialty is working with women who are ready to release their stored subconscious messages, allowing them to live a life of purpose and power. As a result, my approach is highly intuitive, and I use a variety of tools to ensure that their blocks are quickly released, and the healing process is accelerated into a path of a life they are proud of. Women who work with me tend to have a rapid transformation. With evidence-based approaches and holistic integration of all parts of self, the women I work with learn to lean into their life with curiosity and judgment and without shame, guilt, and blame. They start rewriting their stories of pain into stories of purpose.
