What an expensive and useless counseling experience with Shannon Marshall. She laid down ground rules that she didn't enforce. She was ineffective; my oldest son did more of the facilitating than she did. She allowed family members to be cruel to one another and never once did she step in. She's made things worse instead of helping us make peace. What an incredible disappointment.
