The positive mindset in the studio is contagious – combined with the upbeat music, the program is more than just a good workout, it's an enjoyable experience. Gym goers are hailed for their hard work, and recent changes to improve the facility have made it an inviting place that encourages regular attendance. Every single instructor is outstanding. The feeling of accomplishment after each class lingers long after you finish and actually makes you forget the physical pain for a while. Each class is different, and the variety that the hard workouts provide is a nice change of pace. Sweat Method gym members are all like support group members – they go through the struggles and successes together. Sweat Method is to group fitness what reusable water bottles are to the environment – a cleaner alternative. Everyday mindfulness, self-compassion, and strength improvement are all part of the package. The short warm-up is what it is all about. If there was one device I’d want in my life, it would be a time machine so I could do more Sweat Method in a 24-hour period. But, it makes it a circuit workout, so those calories are just going to keep on burning. One might get dehydrated making day trips to the gym because you just can’t stop sweating. The variety of equipment in the gym is reused like words in the last sentence. Everything that you touch has been rinsed and set out to dry so it is ready for the next person. Also, at the juice bar a post workout smoothie is waiting to repair your muscles. The biggest change isn’t even physical. Through surrounding yourself with people who are also seeking to grow and become better, the mental and community aspect of the class are becoming easier. You ever get that feeling in your back right knee where you are close to doing a front flip for joy that it was worth it and that the gym has done great things for you and that you are lonely because you were responsive and gave the gym money.
