Prior to my hearing, he provided me some guidance about some arrangements with my (soon to be) ex. His advice ended up being a calculated attempt by the other attorney to screw me. It turns out he was also in the room, listening to her discuss this exact strategy. When I asked him why he didn't speak up during the hearing; he replied, "Why didn't you say something?" Seriously? Why would I blame this on myself during an actual hearing? If I had made a big deal about it, the judge might have treated me more harshly. This was a consistent theme. He seemed shocked by every ruling and then shifted blame to the judge and the strategists, all without taking any responsibility. He might have been good in his past life, but not today, folks.10.
