Stop having my review removed because I spoke the truth. Very rude person answering the phone, picked up and hung up on me several times. When I was able to get through I was told an hourly rate for an attorney, what they don't tell you are the hidden fees before your consultation. Like a $2,000 hiring fee for absolutely nothing, it's a confusing contract then you get nothing in return for the $2000 contract fee. I also received information that should have been sent to me before I sign a contract but I received it after. Then you have to give them a $5000 deposit which they go through pretty quick, then you have to pay an additional fee of $50/$100 monthly just for them to keep your information on file. Then you go for days or weeks and hear nothing from them but when inquiring they start hitting your deposit for fees. I left them then they send an invoice saying they reimbursed me for double what they actually sent. They refused to refund my hiring fee yet no services were provided. I did receive a poorly written draft letter to opposing attorney that looked like a kindergartener wrote and they erred in the calculations. I hired them to file Contempt not write opposing party a letter but they kept insisting, a two line letter turn into a page of gibberish and cost me thousands, something that will not be used as I proceed. So all total I was charged $3,094.00 and walked away with nothing, zero to show for the money I spent. You can't keep taking peoples money and not providing a service. Jordyn was supremely kind and helpful to me. She communicates very well and always has a smile on her face! I couldn't recommend her enough! 11. Ginny has helped me with custody issues, will preparation, and power of attorney for my parents. She's always attentive, very knowledgeable, understanding, and thorough. I highly recommend her 12.
