Customer feedback summary: Dr Faw is excellent dentist, very patient and very gentle. My husband has a teeth extraction and he was very nervous and Dr Faw Explain everything before the procedure and really helped my husband to calm his nerve ! all the staff in the office are very nice. It’s highly recommended for this dentist office. I thought everybody did just fine. Everyone was very congenial, professional, efficient, and laughed at my jokes. Who could ask for more? The staff explained the procedure and what I needed to do during the next couple of days. The whole experience was better than expected. The only suggestion in the interest of improvement is to talk a little bit louder for us older, hearing deficient relics of the past. By the bye, I like the background music too. The staff singalong was a nice touch. Job well done! I had my first visit with dc. Faw and the Hagentist was excellent, she took her time and done a great job.I met dc. Faw and he has a fantastic personality. I was impressed with all the folk there.10 out of 10! A great team. From check in to check out all is A+. Had a dental issue arise over the Thanksgiving holiday. They were able to get me scheduled in to address my concerns. Was greeted with kind, professional staff. The hygienist and dentist were on point getting me squared away. Very positive experience. Highly recommend Dr. Faw.
