No alternate list or any way to be notified that they will accept new patients. The receptionist could have and should have been nicer in explaining. I refuse to allow an unhappy employee to ruin what was a happy customer... This is my dentist for my daughter and myself. But it's not a secret that most of us don't like going to the dentist this place is awesome. Everyone who works here is a top-notch professional who cares and is empathetic. We love George, and Rebecca, and Julie and Dr. Radford! I have a confession... Today was my first visit here. Maggie was my hygienist, and she was very sweet and made sure I was comfortable through the cleaning process of my teeth. I was a little on the fence at first about my choice, but after today, I am satisfied with my decision. My only negative was that as this was my first time, Dr. Radford came in the room with the hygienist, but he didn't formally introduce himself to me. I recommend this dental practice and Dr. Radford 100%! The office staff are so friendly, helpful, and supportive. Dr. Radford is top-notch... I have worked in the dental profession since I was 19, and this office is a delightful place to walk into and know you are going to get the best of care. I have had to get my two upper front teeth crowned. Some of the people in the office can tell you that is a scary thing... especially when you're someone who likes to smile! But Dr. Radford did an amazing job! The teeth look so natural. Dr. Radford has always been so good at providing fillings or crowns and being as pain-free as I have ever experienced... I highly recommend Dr. Radford and his professional staff if you are wanting to make a switch to a new dental provider!!!! Can you say amazing?! You WONT regret it!! This place is absolutely AMAZING!! My daughter was having some issues with a tooth and when they found out they got her right in!! No questions asked! A very sweet and kind office! My daughter was scared, and they talked her through it and got her up and moving! They had her feeling so comfortable while there! Very gentle and kind when they found out they were needing to pull a tooth, which is always scary. But she did absolutely amazing! This office will always be highly recommended by me to any family in search for a wonderful dentist and his staff! Call them! You WONT regret it!!!
