Yadkin River Dental Spa Reviews Review 1: I called at 8:00 am for a cracked tooth. They worked me in for a 1:30 pm new patient appointment, did an exam and x-rays, and fabricated and placed a crown for me all in the same day! Every single member of their team was absolutely amazing - warm, welcoming, and comforting (I was extremely anxious). Dr. K was so kind, caring, professional, and gentle! 1,000/10 recommend! ? Review 2: I had such a Wonderful experience today at Yadkin River Dental Spa. I was very nervous about having a crown put on. The staff put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable. I had reflexology done to my hands and feet by Misty Hastings! She helped me relax and with ringing in my ears and congestion. Katie was also so very helpful with my insurance and billing. I was able to get my permanent crown so don’t have to take more time off. All done in one day!! Excellent Dentist and Staff!! Review 3: Dr. K and her staff are great! As someone who has some dental anxiety they are nothing short of amazing. I went for a filling and was instantly greeted with a stress ball and a hot wrap on my shoulders. Dr. K was gentle and talked through the procedure. I don’t dread going back, and actually look forward to seeing the staff! Thank you specifically for Dr. K, Michelle & Olivia :) Review 4: My experience at Yadkin River Dental Spa was absolutely amazing! I am someone who has severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist and it’s the last place I want to be. BUT Dr.K and her staff are changing that… When I came into the office for my procedure, complementary 5 min massages were being given. This helped to relax my overly tense shoulders/neck. (Along with the essential oils being diffused in the office, aiding to the relaxing atmosphere) Gina and Michelle were so kind and went above and beyond to make me comfortable for my procedure. They gave me a warm blanket, sunglasses, a warm neck wrap (which was amazing), and a stress ball. Michelle took time to answer all my questions and talk through the process. She was absolutely wonderful! I’ve known Gina most my life, and being the angel she is and knowing I was nervous, she still came into check on me and even held my hand during the procedure. Dr.K was fantastic, making sure I was ok and comfortable (the entire time) while she worked her magic. I am so thankful for Yadkin River Dental Spa! It means so much to me that they aren’t just caring for my teeth, but my overall well being by providing a calm and welcoming environment. Thank you Dr.K and her staff for going above and beyond, for easing my worries, and creating a space I can feel comfortable and relaxed in Review 5: First time coming into this office for my 6 month cleaning since Dr. Harrell left and I had a great experience! I know our small town loves and misses Dr. Harrell but Dr. K and her staff were amazing. I was offered a hot towel, a blanket, head phones for the noisey instruments and was also gifted a homemade lip balm which was and still is awesome. My dental hygienist was Abigail Johnson and she was sweet as pie. So personable and so nice to talk too. I was made to feel super comfortable and felt a bit spoiled just for a routine cleaning. I met Dr. K and she was great! Super nice, welcoming and punctual. Up front desk ladies were nice and had big smiles for everyone coming in and going. I know a lot of people are getting used to the knew but they are all great! 5 stars! Ready for my next appointment! Kudos to the new changes!
