Polite and helpful office staff. 2. My experience is always pleasant. Denise is my hygienist and she is always so sweet, patient, and gentle. She explains everything before she does it. I always feel welcome by everyone 3. **DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME - I had called a week in advance and told that they could see me next week at 9:45. I showed up only to have my time wasted for over an hour. Multiple other appointments seen before me. No updates until I went up to the reception only to be told they “didn’t know” when I would be seen. This place IS A JOKE 4. Very friendly staff 5. Unprofessional staff and bad customer service. This place used to be great but not anymore. 6. Called them on a Tuesday- new patient. I was in dire need and they literally got me in the next day. I really don’t like dentist at all but they kept me calm and painless while extracting 3 teeth. Wish I had Dr. Jones years ago would have saved me years of stress and pain. I will certainly be going back to them 7. Unprofessional dental office.. I missed an appointment due to icy roads.. not sure if the Dr is who picked up the day I rescheduled seemed insensitive due to the inclement weather more worried about his pockets than making sure/ensuring patients arrive safely. I went in there and it’s very bad my appointment was at 12;45pm I didn’t go in until 2pm which is really ridiculous on top of that they don’t even explain things right to you. 10. I had called to set an appointment for a cleaning and quote for a crown ….. the cost is astronomical and I know I can’t afford it at this time…. I may have to go a different route 12. I am very disappointed, my appointment was scheduled I took my antibiotics 45 mins before my appointment because I had a kidney transplant I go to get my tooth pulled as they said they was going to do, but sent me home! So, I actually wasted my antibiotics when I took them all for nothing!! I’m so disappointed and still can’t eat!!! 13. Great place 14. Wonderful staff 15. Great staff at the front desk. They are very friendly and they did make me happy. Dr. Jones is very professional he knows what he's doing and his staff are very professional and very nice he done a good job on my mouth I'm still continuing going there
