Client Feedback Summary for Dental Care of Greensboro, NC: 1. With the clinic operations, the formation was collaborative and vibrant. Everyone was in sync. The team had a system in place to serve the patients as it was attentive, accurate, and fast. When Dr. Gross came in, he asked me a lot of questions about some things my dentists had been dismissing for years. He immediately diagnosed me and scheduled my procedure himself and his staff found out different insurance options and did a great job of making my procedures go smoother than they otherwise would have. I had follow-up appointments and was given advice to try to prevent the problems from happening again. Consulting the other dental clinic’s charges, this one explained the charges to me for my dental work. Without insurance, the charges were $1250—the estimate was reasonable. Insurance could almost pay everything, which was a great deal for me. Therefore, Dental Care of Greensboro has renewed my faith in dentistry, and I will do all my future dental needs here. 2. Best dentist ever, I will go back when needed. 3. The staff is always very friendly. My dentist remembers things about me that I only tell them twice a year. The service is always quick and top-notch. I was in and out for a cleaning in 35 minutes. 4. It was also possible for us to come on Sundays even though it was a weekend. Great customer service!!! 5. Excellent care. Attentive, caring and friendly healthcare personnel.6. Dr. Gross and his staff are top notch! Everyone is so friendly and extremely knowledgeable! I’m so thankful for them and highly recommend them to anyone who’s looking for an amazing dentist!7. Sharon was a standout, as she was very honest with my dental health and how I could take care of it properly. Thank you so much for your honesty and help. Sharon (and by extension, this clinic), is a five-star place to have your dental issues checked. 8. I LOVEEEEE this dental office!! I love that I go on the weekends or after 5pm. They are so accommodating and you won't be sacrificing anything for the convenience. They are so prompt, efficient and courteous. They also take the time to have a consultation with you about the teeth you want to clean. They give clear and detail explanations of any work you are considering. All in all, I have never had a bad experience since my first visit!12. Shadrine gave me an excellent dental cleaning! 13. My husband’s first set of procedures was with Dr. Gross, and this was after we had consulted online patient experiences and phone calls to various dentists around Greensboro. Dr. Gross and his staff were great at building my husband’s, and I watched that confidence grow. Dr. Gross reviewed my husband’s X-rays carefully and provided a thoughtfully laid out plan to treat dental issues. My husband’s problems were broad, but the doctor was specific enough about the problems he had and how he will deal with them. The cost was also put into check and staged. The office opened late one day we had gone and worked on a complex procedure that was nearing completion. This was late at night, and the office was supposed to have closed long ago, but they continued to work as if it was a normal working day. The office staff are all kind, welcoming, and hardworking. So much grateful to them and we will be coming back for more visits!14. My husband’s first visit was with Dr. Gross, and this was after going through various online patient experiences and talking to various Greensboro dentists through phone calls. Dr. Gross and his staff were great at making my husband feel comfortable during the examination, and he left the office a happier patient. Dr. Gross then undertook the task of putting my husband’s dental records right and ensuring that the problems were not reflected in his next visit. The cost was also explained in detail, and payment was made easy for us to understand. The most amazing point was when we went for a revisit, and we were informed that they would do the last procedure for the day, as it was nearby and my husband had traveled far. The procedures were done swiftly, and we were able to leave the office almost at the same time as the normal appointments. Dr. Gross and his staff are very kind and hardworking, and I will be recommending this clinic to friends and family. 15. This place is a 5-star dentist's office but they have started being mean to their workers by making them come to work on a Sunday. Why can't they allow them to rest at least one day? I think I will switch to another dentist.
