If I could give a negative star I would. These people are just money hungry and will charge for any freaking thing. My wife's tooth got cracked in this office and told her to go to the military installation to get it fixed because they couldn't do it. Yall broke her tooth and can not fix it!!!! Very unprofessional and will not be recommending this location to anyone. Terrible and rude people.
An amazing staff
The staff were friendly and professional. I was able to set appointments with ease and they made the process easy. Definitely recommend.
The dental practice of Dr. Beatrice Aguero and her dedicated team at Dental Works-Greensboro truly stands out. I couldn't be more thrilled to have finally discovered a trustworthy and high-quality dental office. I have had a full dental exam, dental cleaning, and a mouthguard fitting so far, and each appointment has been seamless. Equipped with the latest technology, they ensure all your dental needs are thoroughly met. The office is pristine, and the practitioners are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely caring, with a wonderful "bedside manner.” The friendly and approachable staff foster a warm yet professional atmosphere, making every visit a positive experience. Plus, they offer excellent referral connections to top providers in the area. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Aguero and her team. If you visit, tell them about Kiesha Speech's rave review!
Great experience! Staff is super friendly and helpful. Assistants are gentle and thorough. And Dr. Hughes does great work with little to no pain. Teeth feel and look great! Overall it was a great experience!
Grateful to have found Dr Aguero and her staff over 10 years ago after my long-time friend and dentist retired, didn’t hit it off with the fellow who bought his practice. Always treated with kindness and professionalism, never disappointed. Have recommended Dr Aguero and DentalWorks to many of my friends!
Dr Hughes did my crown in July 2025. During the bite test, I was asked if it felt right etc. I repeatedly said it did not feel right and attempted to explain to Dr Hughes what exactly felt wrong about the fit. After doing a bit of shaving off the crown, Dr Hughes outright told me I was “overthinking it”. After spending nearly $3,000 total on the entire root canal and crown process- I absolutely am going to “over think it”. Then during the flossing process I made a few noises when the flossing was particularly painful. I did not ask Dr Hughes to stop working, I involuntarily reacted to pain. Dr Hughes leaned back and said “just because something makes a sound doesn’t mean it hurts.” When I water flossed at home later, a sizeable piece of the bonding concrete popped out of the area where I was the most tender. Flossing no longer hurt. What a shocker.
TODAY 12/15/25 I saw my regular dentist for a cleaning. She confirmed the crown needs to be adjusted, that my crown strikes my bottom teeth before the rest of my top teeth, and I’m getting it fixed by her. I know that dental works will reply to my review and say I should’ve come back; but I would NEVER go back after being dismissed by a dentist I’m dropping all my money at AND then some I had to borrow.
Edited to add 12/16/25: I went back to my dentist today and after an x-ray and 45 seconds of using a dremel, my bite is much more comfortable. Just 2 minutes of effort to fix a real issue that dr Hughes told me I was simply overthinking.
