They try and force you to sign papers that are one sided and benefit the opposing party. If you refuse to sign they will stop working with you. They don’t tell you about up coming court date and they don’t send you or give you copies of court papers. They tell you to just agree with what the other side wants because they don’t want to have to go to court. They just want the money you are giving them but they don’t want to help you at all. Please do not use them for custody or child support. I have had multiple other attorneys tell me that they wish they could have warned me about them before I used them I have told everyone that I know that is going through custody or child support to stay as far away from the Day Law Firm as possible.
