We recently switched to IT Dental Studio when our insurance changed. We have Guardian Dental and this office is very affordable with our plan. Our children aged 4-8 have been seen by Dr. Patel and the hygienists there. We have had a good experience with their cleanings and x-rays. Grace is a very nice hygienist. All the staff have been great with my kids. They got to pick out treasures from a treasure box after their cleanings. The front desk staff is super helpful and proactive, and very easy to talk to. They give reminders of upcoming appointments via text. You can also text their number back if you need to communicate with the office, which I find very convenient as a busy mom. It is also an easy location to access. They gave me an appointment summary when I left, including recommendations for each child. I really like this because it helps me to remember what I need to focus on to keep up with their oral hygiene. ~by A.P.

She offers professional support during the cleaning procedure, ensuring that everything goes smoothly without any hitches. Moreover, they interact respectfully with the patient, making them feel valued and cared for. Due to the warm reception, patients can easily relate to the staff, which helps in alleviating oral fears, thus making the patient comfortable. Dr. Patel provides precise recommendations and check-up procedures, making the service of the clinic excellent. Given the excellent service, it is recommended to those in need of dental attention. It is an intimidating and traumatizing experience for me to have to get dentures before the age of 43. I am a person in recovery, sober for over 6 years, and my past life choices, combined with bad genetics, left me a mouth that caused me shame and pain. Every single person at Indian Trail dental were kind, patient and compassionate. The procedure was difficult, and they were able to support me through every step of the process. They were pivotal in assisting me with making the choices to move forward, and navigate a health care system that claims dental work is purely cosmetic. They answered every question I had, even when caused by nothing but overthinking and fear. They received me in a way that allowed me to feel safe and validated. I know they are "Dental Care," but they were some of the best examples of HUMANITY I've experienced in a medical setting in a very, very long time.
