My lawsuit was refused because I am not suicidal. They only want your case if you cannot control yourself mentally, physically, or emotionally.4. Exceptionally helpful and fair pricing. A very respectful and kindly law firm and they were very communicative and responsive to us and kept us updated throughout the process.5. Incompetent fools Do not believe all the “false advertisement” Morgan &Morgan Is incompetent Law firm After signing agreement and sending documents they closed my case I received a text message saying “ they may not be able to help all cases They are not concerned about the money they get from you Stop deleting bad reviews6. I got accepted through their intake process and they were calling me for months to get my case. They said I could not speak to any attorney until I signed their contract. After signing it, they still have not sent a letter of representation to my insurance company, three weeks and haven't even spoken to anyone in North Carolina, let alone an attorney or anyone with legal credentials. This will be a complaint that will go to the Bar Association. This delay has caused massive damage to my case as they've missed two major deadlines now where they've assured me it's being handled. A complete scam, a complete fraud.7. Called and was told our case was accepted, went through paperwork and submitting documents,then I scheduled a call to go over case details, and never received a call, a week later checked the app and my case was dropped with only a text, email, or call for follow-up. Highly unprofessional would not recommend working with this firm.8. They have competent attorneys9. They didn’t help my case10. They are nice11. Excelente12. Wonderful communication in a timely manner and very courteous13. Phoenix was valuable in listening and taking notes through the process of submitting my claim. Phoenix was clear and concise in the steps I needed to make sure I was covered under a lawsuit.14. This law firm refuses to help me after being abused by WakeMed. They do not care or want to help with medical malpractice, avoid this law firm at all costs.15. Excellent professional customer service and detailed.
