Brandon was then hired as attorney of record to fix the mistake and finish the case on my behalf. in 2021 Brandon was able to get the court system to reaccept my case with a judge saying my previous lawyers were at fault and I should not be penalized on their behalf. First time since 1980s this style of ruling was forced into the court system in Minnesota. After that Brandon went for the gold getting over a 7 figure settlement in my case. Polk county Minnesota does not award large amount and Brandon was able to break though that threshold. After my case Brandon went with me to meet with financial planners to ensure I would have a funds set aside for future medical expenses and life events. He was able to help guide the conversation because I had never talked about investing close to half a million dollars with anyone before. I was unsure what conversations and questions to ask.
