Client Testimonials This firm was very rude! One of the ladies working there disconnected the phone call abruptly while we were talking. Very unprofessional and disrespectful! If you want good lawyers, look elsewhere. The objective of calling was just enquiry. However, the lady at the end of the phone was rude and hung up on me. Not impressed at all, never would recommend this firm to anyone. Go to other lawyers they would be much more compassionate about your problems and help you earn more money in your lawsuit and not rip you off. Also, get you a settlement in a year not two. The Telephone Lady needs some etiquette training, seems like she was ready to put the phone down as soon as she picked it up. They should not be a front desk representative for a firm. 1st call was good but then the lady I was speaking with hung up on me. If you catch the right person, you will probably be okay. Tried reaching out 3 times this morning at different times and no one picked up. Then on the 4th call, some lady took a message for someone, but a guy called back instead, and he was rude in how he answered the phone. His tone was like he wanted me to hang up and I almost did. However, he was nice to talk too even though he didn’t know how to answer my questions. No- go to this firm!! Jim was amazing. Very responsive, and very strong in his communication skills.
