Feedback Summary: 1. Joseph was my primary in a power of attorney need. The entire staff along with Joseph was extremely helpful and supportive. They guided me through the process and made sure I was only billed for required services. At no point did I feel they did not have mine and my families best interest in mind. This was the worst experience I have had with a law firm. If you want an accountant they would be top notch as they never miss a time to bill you and make sure you get robbed. I paid over $8000,00 in a 4 month period for nothing. They switched lawyers 3 times on me in that short time. All I wanted to do was be able to see my kids. Kathleen Kuhn the last one I had to deal with she wanted me to go through and restart all the paperwork and resend which would have cost me another fortune I did not have. When you call to talk to someone about the issues they are rude and just don't care. I made my last payment in November and am still getting billed for $1.00 with interest of a penny added, it is almost funny if it was not so sad. When I confronted her about her responsibilities, she was completely unprepared and had no response. It was clear she was more interested in profiting than in genuinely helping her clients. I emphatically urge you not to hire her. Seek out an attorney with higher ethical standards. I will never recommend Kathleen to anyone. 6. Stange Law Firm, PC has been the most impressive Law Firm I have ever had represent me. Jessica Witters is an outstanding asset to the Firm. If you are looking for representation in family cases I highly recommend Mrs Witters. Incredibly talented and her knowledge of the law, your rights, and her willingness to fight for you is 2nd to none. I was very lucky to come across her profile when searching for a family divorce lawyer. Stange Law Firm, PC is definitely top notch in my opinion. 12. Where to even start! Attorney Benitez helped me in a very intelligent way to understand some aspects of the United States law in some pending cases I had regarding agreements and business in property divisions. I recommend her 100%
