D’Alessio was the worst (let me explain something) when Ben first call me he came off disrespectful, than told me, he going to get back to me on the Thursday, and that his secretary is going to email me some papers, I never heard from him or his secretary. A whole week went by, And he came up with some excuse saying his secretary haven't been in the office So I file a complain the complaint department forward him my complain that I file on him (the worst) I found out that Benjamin J. And after 3 months of getting all my information Matthew from legal aid told me. It was a conflict of interest anybody that lives in San Antonio's or is low income. Daniel Solt, Attorney At Law This attorney is extremely special his poise, confidence, control, punctuality, professionalism, knowledge of the laws, and show a serious concern for my legal issues. During our first consultation session, he was steady, honest, and sincere. He assured me that I was in the right place, relieving me of my psychological distress. He instructed me on what to expect during my habitability trial... while mentoring me on the do's and don'ts; the possible and impossible. Regarding plaintiff's allegations, he' kept me informed, and allowed me to address them legally.. He responded to my communications in a timely and appropriate way. He is a "teamwork lawyer." We worked together to achieve a judgment in my favor, and in a very short time...for free! As a follow-up, he advised me on additional litigation proceedings that I should follow through on. Dan Solt, is atypical in his profession. Believe me, I KNOW! My prior, $3,000.00 lawyer was totally the opposite. Exhibited none of these ethical and professional qualities, was not working in my interest....just the opposite! His major emphasis was upon, "How much legal fees he could collect," with no judicial results, while doing nothing but composing bogus legal fee lists, while declaring "This case would not be in your favor." However, the money would be in his. It was my wish to keep Attorney Solt as my personal attorney; SADLY, I HAD TO LET HIM GO! A rare GEM indeed. When he stands in your presence...you are looking at an attorney of VALOR. 10. Daniel Solt, Attorney At Law This attorney is extremely special.
