Client Reviews Summary: The woman at the front desk with the reddish burgundy hair was very unhelpful and rude, and I went there for a straightforward question and ONLY NEEDED a verbal answer. BUT OF COURSE people don't take pride in their job. There are people that come here in need of simple answers, and it's pointless for someone to be there and not want to help people in need. They ought to replace her with someone that doesn't mind helping people in need. She was very unprofessional. If you have a permanent resident or citizen you ca go there..!! The lady who help me she explain to me that they’re not allowed to help people who has no legal status..! No prestan ayuda a personas que están ilegalmente en el País.. Si necesita ayuda marque a el numero que está en la foto que ellos me entregaron ..!! Always helpful. Everyone at legal aid was very nice and welcoming especially my fav lawyer Mrs. Kathleen ... The Attorneys at this establishment are thoughtful dedicated and considerate.Maria worked with me to handle a matter and was very efficient and kind. They are an asset to the community they serve. I had the same story never called back don't search them out for help The lady was extremely helpful in getting my issue resolved. Somebody didn't want to do their job, so I called legal services. She helped me get it done in like 3 days. Not helpful at all
