I see Brittany Mallardi in the Freehold office, and it's always a great experience. Brittany is so kind, understanding and gives you all the information to help you make an informed decision. Hands down the best dermatologist I've ever been to (and I've been to A LOT). Sharon has also gone above and beyond for me. She called me with updates and gave me discount codes for some of my prescriptions. The two of them together is perfection. They always make sure that my prescriptions are processed and have even gone to bat with my insurance/pharmacy. I drive 50 minutes each way just to see them even though I have plenty to choose from within 15 minutes from my home. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! 2. I absolutely LOVE this place. Had a cyst removed on the shoulder by Dr. Groisser in the Nutley office. Nothing special, just a small cyst. Since the Freehold office is close to my home I decided to go there for my stitch removal. Took two nurses and one PA to get out the stitches (seriously). If that wasn't enough I discovered they next day that they left one in!! Wasn't going back to this sideshow. My husband pulled it out. Love the Nutley office. Freehold is a heck no for me. 4. From the time I walked in the office, from the receptionist to the nurse/ doctor's assistant to the doctor herself, I truly was treated with respect and kindness. Each one of the ladies made me feel welcome and answered any questions I asked. Thank you. 5. No complaints appointment visit went well. I will be returning 6. This office has top notch customer service. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate you. 7. Exceptional care and staff. Pleasant, caring and very skillful. 8. I found the office to be very professionally run with a personal touch. I very much appreciate being taken on time and did not have to wait for my appointment. 9. It was a good experience until their PA became combative and started altercations on 2 separate occasions without provocation. I’d advise anyone seeking professional assistance to stay far, far away. 10. Brittany was wonderful , kind and beautiful She removed some unwanted bumps for me and we discussed some cosmetic options. I also love they have a really nice esthetician there where you can get advice and buy quality skin care products. 11. This was my first time to a skin doctor Brittany was amazing and gentle. I had 3 different spots taken out and felt nothing. I feel like I am in great hands! Would 100% recommend!!! 12. I was pleased with the service that was provided. They were prompt and extremely Courteous. 13. Was very pleased with my appointment at the Derm Group. Brittany was very thorough and friendly. Would recommend them. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 is due to their hours. I would prefer really early or late to accommodate my work schedule. Christine 14.
