Asset based lending is clueless and strung up a deal up to the day it was supposed to close stating that they can close based on the lease. Ira Kuperman was the loan officer and first thing I ever asked was about loan seasoning and said it would be no problem. I will never send them a deal, they don’t communicate and dodge your calls when things go wrong. I am a broker and if you need help placing a deal reach out, I have much better lenders to use then them. The only reason I initially sent the file was due to being told they had no seasoning. Wasted everyone's time and borrowers money. 4. Although we weren't able to get this property contract done, Scott Emmer at Asset Based Lending was extremely helpful throughout the process. As a first-time investor, he was patient with me and took the time to explain everything so I felt comfortable looking at properties. When I'm ready to move forward in the near future I would absolutely recommend working with him. 5. We closed 2 deals with them(Dscr)lloan. Very professional and quick.
