Since the agent was pretty good at his job, I assumed she would also be a reliable person to work together. Also, I, a fellow woman of color, was excited to support the business of another women of color. Pros: Her cost ($1360) is relatively cheaper that the other attoneys’ I compared ($1500~). Cons: Very slow to respond to anything. Literally anything. It takes at least one full business day for her to respond to my email. One time I asked her to share the copy/proof of the down payment deposit that the seller’s attorney shared with her, since I needed to provide that to my mortgage company. I kept asking her to share the copy with me multiple times in a span of a few days. She never shared me that. My real estate agent helped me get the copy. Doesn’t read any documents. There was an e
