Customer Reviews Summary: First review: Not Grateful This firm’s unethical billing practices disappoint me. I had a positive impression of Ms McGann at first, but when I received the first invoice, I was very surprised. I paid almost $1k for a few messages through their portal and paying for a one-page letter of representation to my spouse. I will not do business with this firm in the future, because they take advantage of me when I am suffering. I know this will cost me in the future and I will regret it when I’ll have to pay other bills. I feel morally obligated to post this review; it hurts to have to write a negative review, but it hurts even more to be misled when you are most vulnerable and distressed. Fifth Review: I Would Highly Recommend Heather and Her Firm From my point of view (I am in CA) and was represented by Heather representing me in a Family Estate matter (it lasted about two years), I had a good experience. She was there as my representative; hence I didn't travel every time there was a court date. Heather was communicative, supportive, and reasonable with her charges. I would highly recommend her and her firm for any family trust/will matters.
