Shawna is Great agent that really cares about clients and the details to make sure we are covered correctly! I was shopping for homeowners insurance and Shawna took care of me . Not only did she make me feel like my family's best interest was at hand she took time to explain the small things that are often overlooked. I highly highly recommend this buisness. This office and its personnel are efficient and professional.. they help with minor details. Shawna carefully reviewed my policies and made several suggestions. She was very professional and knowlegeable. Actually saved me money. I also had a claim last year and was very happy with the process. I've been with this Agency for several years and would never consider changing. My agent was very friendly and professional, I like to support our local businesses. Best staff & agent ever! Always helpful and willing to go over options that may be new. I have been a member of this insurance for over 10 years, if I ever need something, all I have to do is call Martha and she gets anything I need. Thank you Marta C Very unethical insurance agent. We had transferred our insurance to a better carrier and canceled. Sent notice to Allstate. We were insured with the other carrier for months. Shawna kept taking our premiums out of our bank account and refused to refund our stolen premiums her agents took. No one helped us get our refunds back in her office.. They all insisted we owed her more premiums after we sent proof we Were insured with another carrier for months. Shawna wanted more money after we cancelled which was so unethical and dishonest of her agency to demand. She sent us to collections after she knew we had been insured for months with another carrier. This agent should have her licensed revoked for being so outright dishonest!
