Rogers Studio Gallery Invites international and national artists for 2-8 weeks residency in Downtown Las Vegas. The quest of the Rogers Art Loft is to empower artists with originality, inclusivity, and international vision. We aspire to empower artists at all levels of their career, but we do focus on emerging artists. Rogers Art Loft is an opportunity for contemporary visual and performing artists who seek to inspire, create, and give while interacting with the city of Las Vegas. The located in Las Vegas Arts District(location) is a prime artistic community in Southern Nevada. Types of Artists Accepted We accept visual and performing artists. Visual arts include painting, sculpture, drawing, photography, video, new media, and installation. Performance art includes music, dance, theater, poetry, and culinary performance. We value contemporary visual and performing arts which seek to challenge, learn, and engage. Describe the residency program and its focus on experimentation and dialogue with artists. Artists are invited to use the loft space as a studio or as a space to exhibit and perform. Artists have the opportunity to explore and experiment in a new environment, culture, and community. Rogers Art Loft works in conjunction with Rogers Studio Gallery to present artist talks, performances, and exhibitions by artists-in-residence. We are committed to dialogue, audience participation, and new collaborative projects.
