He is an incredibly competent dentist who perfectly handled a complicated crown on my front tooth. He is also very kind and attentive. Also, he was gentle while ensuring my complete comfort throughout the procedure. -Excellent Results and Customer Service. Angela did a great job with my cleaning! True Dentistry is an excellent service provider! Everyone was very friendly, professional, and thorough. I strongly recommend True Dentistry! -Outstanding and Brilliant. I was referred to start. So it looked appealing. What I didn't anticipate is how sweet Lisa would be doing my x-rays and cleaning. Then Dr. Clossen was so gentle and kind. If you are looking for a dentist I would definitely recommend True Dentistry! True Dentistry is incredible! I always have a positive experience, even with a cavity and a crown. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Dr. Urban has been extremely thorough and has taken the time to answer all of my questions. I recommend True Dentistry to everyone. Lovely staff. Very helpful and not judgmental. My crown was done poorly. I got it in 2019 and got a warranty to protect it. But it fell off 3 times within 5 years. I went back to the office and they said they wouldn’t repair it because the warranty doesn’t cover when it is built again by someone other than them. But the crown falls in their office, then they built it. That is $800 was given to them. I can’t even use the crown I bought from them anymore. So, it is disappointing.
