Reno Counseling Collective provides client-centered, holistic counseling services to Northern Nevada individuals and families. We understand the difficulties of overcoming anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, addiction, and feeling overwhelmed. Our collective is rooted in our values; we strive to support, empower, and connect with you to cultivate a healthy life and mindset. Hello! My name is Libbie Henrie, and I am a clinical professional counselor at Reno Counseling Collective. I hold a Master of Science in Professional Counseling degree from Grand Canyon University and have clinical experience working with trauma, relationships, and neurodivergent individuals. I utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), internal family systems (IFS), and somatic parts work to help my clients explore and better understand themselves. I also incorporate other trauma-informed approaches such as emotion regulation, addiction and shame cycles, and re-parenting to process trauma and learn new ways of being. I want all my clients to leave my office feeling more understood and closer to finding more hope, peace, and healing in their lives. My goal is to provide a safe space to talk about thoughts or emotions that feel shameful, and work towards more self-acceptance and love.
