Came in to return a trailer and the associate was sitting around talking to a customer like they were buddies, having unnecessary conversations while I was standing waiting in line. I asked him a question about the drop off location and he said to return it to the place it shows on the contract, but didn't say they would be closed for another 2 hours, I called back after realizing they were closed and he said he was "too busy" and couldn't help and to wait for the other store to open. Filed a complaint with customer service.2. Rich and Sam were both very helpful3. Excellent customer service very helpful thank you4. The trucks themselves are very nicely maintained but the people who work there is the best thing by far! Friendliest most helpful people ive encountered in a while!5. Richard was so incredibly helpful, and patient! Took his time helping us find what we needed to tow our bikes.6. Fast and easy!7. Inspite of Corporate Uhaul flubbing up my reservation, the people at oddie blvd, did a smooth and great job of getting me my van and on my way! Their customer service was impeccable inspite of Corporate Uhaul.8. Amazing Service!9. We want to recognize the outstanding service our employees received from Samuel at this U-Haul location. Our employees are in the process of relocating, and we had reserved and paid for both a moving truck and a vehicle transport trailer in advance through U-Haul. The truck was picked up on Friday without any issues, and there was a written agreement in place to return Monday to pick up the trailer. When they returned to the original location on Monday, they were unexpectedly told the reservation was “fraudulent” and were refused the trailer. Despite everything being properly booked and paid for, they were kept there for nearly three hours with no resolution before being sent to another location. They then arrived at this location, where Samuel immediately stepped in, took the time to understand the situation, and resolved the issue in under five minutes. He was kind, professional, and empathetic, and he treated our employees with the respect and urgency that should have been shown from the start. Because of Samuel, what had been a very frustrating and unnecessary delay was quickly turned around, and our employees were able to get back on the road for their travels. As a business that frequently uses U-Haul, we truly appreciate individuals like Samuel who go above and beyond to provide excellent service. He absolutely deserves recognition for how he handled this situation.10. We gotta get that star rating up theyre a top notch operation. Very helpful and kind and got me to where I needed to be pretty quickly. I had to add a wiring harness, and they had the harness in stock, but they didnt rip me off either. Thanks Matthew11. Justin and Sam were incredibly helpful, professional, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They took the time to answer questions, ensure everything was set up correctly, and made me feel like a valued customer. It’s rare to find this level of care and attention—highly recommend this location!12. Had a hitch installed on my Subaru Impreza and it went great. Charles was friendly and professional, managed to get me on my way despite there being 3 other folks he was organizing truck rentals for. One tip for hitch installs is to make arrangements to drop off your car as they don’t have a proper waiting area.13. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The equipment was clean, well-maintained, and ready when I arrived. The staff was helpful, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. I would definitely recommend this location to others. Keep up the great work!14. I tried to be polite and professional my whole rental experience but the general manager actively lied about damages on a truck and when i went to contact customer service was told that he had told them that he confirmed with me and that I was warned about using a pick up over a box truck which he never did. I will gladly and with out question be going somewhere else because this uhaul does not care for its customers just the money15. Staff was knowledgable and polite. Worked in a timely fashion. THE ONLY THING BAD TO ME WAS THAT CORPORATETOOK AWAY THE FREE RECYCLED BOX PROGRAM THEIR.
