The Home Depot Review Digest Testimonials 1. It’s the day after the blizzard of February 22–23, 2026. I had to stop by The Home Depot as quickly as possible to be among the first people to receive the morning delivery. The only employee at the Customer Service was John, who attempted to attend to all the customers' needs efficiently. He managed to be patient, kind, and was still apt at his work even after a busy night. Going by his exceptional customer service and work ethic, I recommend that he is recognized and appreciated. So a huge thank you to Steve, the manager that helped me out. I had gotten this peel and stick plank floors. Half way through my installation.l I noticed the planks had obvious water damage. Like black mold on the box and the paper on the planks. I explained everything to him and he swapped out the 2 damaged boxes for me! I was honestly blown away of how down to earth and helpful he was. Steve thank you so much man!! 6. So a huge thank you to Steve, the manager that helped me out. I had gotten this peel and stick plank floors.
