The official Crowley and Reynolds, LLP customer review report is as follows: 1. 3/13 deposit sent. Said they’d contact me. Had to call them early April to ask why I haven’t heard from them. They responded with “is this for a bankruptcy?” For a whole month they didn’t even have me on file or even noted that I was doing a quit claim deed. Fast forward to 4/23, they confirmed some things which I confirmed. Now it is 6/5 and I have still to hear from them!! They’re not even picking up when I call. 2. 3/13 deposit sent. I called Mr. Crowley to engage his help with a title issue for a real estate transaction. He was incredibly personable. Even after determining that I would not be engaging his services due to the particulars of my issue, he was more than willing to help and offer some helpful context that ultimately led to me resolving the issue. He even called me back after he proactively discussed my situation with a colleague. It was a HUGE relief to get this issue resolved and it was through his kindness that it happened. I've dealt with many lawyers recently and his attitude stands out. If you want a good experience, work with good people. That is why I'll be going back to Mr. Crowley in the future. Deborah was very helpful as well. And very kind which is needed during a stressful situation.
