Law Office of Ashlea L. Palladino Customer feedback summary: Almost all her reviews are for a completly different attorney named Jamie. Would give 0 stars if I could. I hired Ashley for my custody and child support proceedings. Seemed competent and knowledgeable and I genuinely liked her. We formulated a plan and got a settlement. Living in NY I had no delusions of having a fair proceedings and like most women my ex wife lied and hid a huge portion of her income but that's not my complaint. I asked Ashley what would be my best bet going forward to go back and make a case and what evidence I should compile. We came up with a plan and I told her I would check back when I had everything ready. About 5 months later I emailed her and got no response. I emailed again, then I emailed her assistant, got no response. I called and left messages, got no response. I emailed the assistant basically demanding at least a response or to be told she wouldn't represent me despite being on retainer and finally heard back. Despite emails working in the past, now I had to use the website to set a time for a call. Ok, I did that and finally she called. She apologized and said she was out of town , super busy, etc etc. no problem, we spoke and came up with a plan, I told her I was going to send copies of everything I had . Later tried reaching out again got no response. Remembered the website, submitted a request for a phone call and set a time for the following Friday, no call. Reached out to her via email again, no response. Complete joke of a law firm, I wouldn't even be mad if she said she was just too busy but to be completely ghosted while still holding money as a retainer is beyond unprofessional. We never had a falling out, never had an argument, just complete silence. I would not trust something this important to such an unprofessional attorney. Lisa is very thorough & informative. After my divorce I was given a recommendation to another lawyer to handle a real estate situation. I have not yet retained that recommendation but will when the time comes as I completely trust them. I would retain Ashlea again without hesitation if ever needed.
